Do your buildings come with electricity?
Electric packages are available in select locations but are not standard. Please contact a representative for availability and options.
Do you finish the inside of buildings?
No. We do not offer full interior finishing such as plumbing or drywall. However, upgrades like electrical packages, insulation, and framing may be available depending on the model.
How do I make monthly payments?
If you are enrolled in a Rent-to-Own plan, payments and account details can be managed through www.hci.net.
